Cottage cheese is high in a protien called Casein. It burns slower than whey and stays wit you longer. Its hard to gut down at times, so I personally, have to have fruit or raisins mixed in with it. A cup should be a good amout to take in. As for those classes, they can be hard especially spin. I have an ego block when it comes to the classes. I just don't feel its a guy thing. But, do some walking lunges with dumbells and you will change your mind real quick. Did arms today myself and 525 on ab reps. Still feeling stiff from the 300 workout. chime in!

Chuck, go play in the mud! :D Jerm, G is right on about the cottage. I eat about a cup b4 bed. Wake up NOT HUNGRY for once! I have not worked out yet. Once this week is over I will be working mon, wed, fri 5-8 am at the Y and NO MORE NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!!!! Then I can get back to normal. I am working those days, plus thu night till 10pm and have CPR training fri 5-9pm. No time to work out which blows!!! Funny too, I have not been eating as much as when I am in the gym and have lost 3lbs. >:( >:( >:(
I've grown tired of this.

A cup... whew! I think I will give it a shop with 3 tablespoons at first and judge how I feel in the morning time. No workout for me today, to much school work going on. Tomorrow is back and biceps and cardio again along with some abs.

Whey protein is the way to go. How many grams of protein is in a serving?

Basically when you work out or do physical work all day your muscles need protein to run and rebuild. Giving yourself more protein gives your muscles more "fuel". I suggest trying to fit more protein in your diet like eggs, tuna, nuts and of coarse protein shakes. If you dont get enough protein going your body will start to break down the muscles if it doesn't have enough energy.

I think I said all that right  {ehm}

Ok this crap tastes like dirt. I almost threw up. I should have got the chocolate flavor but it had 2 g less protein.

haha yeah man it all taste crappy! Now some can taste better but then they are higher in sugar but they dont really taste THAT much better. Best rule of thumb.... use the minimum amount of water which is like 8-10 oz., mix it real well and CHUG then drink water after. I had enough in highschool that the taste doesnt bother me much.

My brother never liked them so he would make a smoothie style. Add in some yogurt or ice cream, bananas, ect.

On the bottle it said 5 time gold metal winner for taste. There should be a warning about how nasty it was.

It said mix with 3oz of water. It was like cake mix it was so thick.

Dewild I didnt buy the cheapest I bought the middle price range. :D

Can I mix it with milk?

3oz?? Yikes!!! I usually do more like 8-10 so it won't be to thick. You can use milk too
