Way to go Chuck!! Keep pushing yourself. Took it easy today. Did chest. I have been doing only incline movements for chest for the past 86 days. I broke down and did flat bench just to see where I am at. 225 for 10 reps, 295 for 6, 315 for 4 reps and 335 for 2 reps. I will probably feel the pain in the morning, but I just had to see. Oh, ran just under a mile and a half. Not bad for a little guy!!
