Did back last night, 150 crunches, and then about another 50 leg lifts. Lost 16 pounds so far! Only 54 more to go {:CH}

Way to go Chuck!! Keep pushing yourself. Took it easy today. Did chest. I have been doing only incline movements for chest for the past 86 days. I broke down and did flat bench just to see where I am at. 225 for 10 reps, 295 for 6, 315 for 4 reps and 335 for 2 reps. I will probably feel the pain in the morning, but I just had to see. Oh, ran just under a mile and a half. Not bad for a little guy!!

Well had a nice weekend break other than a slow 3 miles on the MTB. Chest, tris, abs with weight and 25 minute cardio this afternoon.

Yep same here, another weekend break! I only drank 3 beers the whole weekend. Shoulders tonight!

Today is legs, I hate working legs... And then abs, no weight this time, and probably a slow 10 min cardio. One thing I have noticed is I need to work out my lower back more. All I go right now is back extensions.

I am hanging right around 250 give or take pound. I cut the instant oatmeal out of diet and now just eat 4 boiled eggs. The oalmeal was loaded in sugar and 32 grams of simple carbs...

If anyone wants to ride bikes, I am always on the Silver Comet Trail cranking out the miles.  If mountain bikes are your thing, let's hit some trails.  I enjoy riding at all levels and speeds.

By the old fashion oatmeal and cook it on the stove, this way you can fix how you want! I love boiled eggs but I can't have the yolk, it's loaded with to much cholesteral.

Hit shoulders today and only 10 minute cardio.... Then we went and had mexican at Willy's (like Moe's) so I am sure it was loaded in salt no matter how I clean I tried to keep it.

Did arms and chest tonight along with 20 minutes of cardio...............Everything was free weights except for the one exercise for the tri's.....It's already been about 6 weeks. I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow just give a blood sample, so I will know something in 2 to 3 days if all of this is working or not. The last time I was in the office I weighed 260 on their scale, I'm guessing that I lost some where between 12 to 15 pounds since then, we'll see!

good luck! I did a MTB ride saturday morning but I have not been to good this weekend on food... Didn't go overboard but ate more than normal of foods that are not great for me... O well, back to it monday  {toast}

I have been slacking on the posts, but not the fitness. I am in transit but I have still been doing cardio and lifting. Tonight shuld be my last night before in Bdad. I have been hitting the gym at 1130pm till around 1am. Tonight i am going to do a crossfit exercise called the "angie". 100 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and squats. Its all for time and you can't start the other exercise till you meet the 100 rep. Give it a shot. It will help you sleep!!! {toast}
