Kettle bell workouts are the way to go. I have a little 30 lbs kettlebell and its great.

Actually, thats probably not true, since liquor contains lots of sugars.
So, just skip dinner on Friday and Saturday or donate blood before you hit the bars.
It'll help your finances as well ;)

I finally the started P90x yesterday! The plan is to lose another 23 pounds and hit 190 in the next 89 days.
