...I feel you on the shoulder...Our medic recommended a MRI on my right one. Possible bone on bone or a spur. But, the medic also suggested no heavy lifting...that sh*t ain't happening. {toast}

Yeah mine is bone on bone and years ago I rehabed it to build muscle to support it but that has long gone. So now I'm trying to build it back so I can get into so more heavier lifting without it giving out.

Its one of those injuries that never really heal right. I finally got some mail today and all my supplements showed up. Going to the gym now...Dread.... {toast}

Done did!! Light shoulders and tri's. 5K intervals with 30/60...you sprint for 30 seconds, recover in 60 seconds...repeat for 5K....nausea.... {toast}

I haven't been having pain in my shoulder lately! Just been working it pretty hard with light weights, but moving up fractions every couple of days. I'm taking my time with it this time. In no mood for another tear ever!
I'm having a hard time with my Abs. I don't feel like I'm getting any results!

Abs= cardio x 2 a day for 45 mins and diet, diet and diet...you will see abs...

Yeah I've done about gave up on abs, figured I would just try and tone up a bit since I like beer so much. Caught myself almost loseing my lunch in the parking lot today after getting a little too cocky in the gym today. {whack3}

I have to cut way to much food out of my diet to see abs...Beer is to good to stop.

I got 290 on bench Friday. I was happy. I was kicking and screaming to get it there. I weigh 170 (slightly a lard ass). I did a warm up, 185-8, 225-6, 245-4, 275-1. I've gotten 300 once in my life maybe I can get it again. Then again I'm trying to loose some weight.
