I did my first bit of cardio Saturday. Meg is training for races so while she jogged I rode my MTB around. I plan to start a more constant cardio routine in march. Right now is just weights. Ben this year I plan to ride yargo with you!
Yep and they have put an idea to start charging at a lot more of the MTB parks too. The place we ride/jog has a $3 fee but you can just buy a yearly pass for $20 so its not horrible.
Jeremy, I started my cardio routine, by jogging or doing the elliptical for 15 minuets before I do weights. It helps get my heart rate up and get your energy going before you start weights.Now I try and add an additional 15-30 min. of running after my workout, if time permits!!
