I changed thins up as well. We have been working our asses off, so I have time to hit the gym during lunch and its back to work. I decided no more barbell bench. Just heavy incline, dumbells and cables. This stops my shoulder from hurting so much. I have not been able to run in 2 days. I have had to weigh the options: Sleep, or workout. You know which option won ;D. This is our last day running and gunning and I will get back into the thread. Keep up the hard work! Its better to do something that nothing at all!! Ben, WTF?
