Just take your time. I have found that running is easier when your not being forced to do it. So just work your mileaga every week. 10% increase would be about right per week. Since that big workout this past Tuesday, we all took it easy during the week. Dropped the pondage a bit and did more machines this week. Tomorrow will be another run or sprints and sandbag carries. Then Tuesday is the 300 again. My diet has not been super strict. The wife sent me a box that I got today full of Oreos and chocolate. I am not a junk food fan but damn this stuff is good. She is setting me up for failure!!! {no}

Well I had to change up the diet a bit. Was just costing to much to eat a chicken breast everyday so I now eat a ham sandwhich, light mustard, on wheat bread. Cost a lot less! Kept the rest of the meal plan the same

Jerm, I eat the small tuna snacks with crackers for my mid morning snack. I love those things. Gonna hit chest and tris today! Looking forward to working out since it has been a week. Finally on a steady work schedule now!!!

well lets see... in the field this week loading the truck with ammo and mags... loaded 12k of 5.56 and so i guess i worked out today.. plus had to run from one range to another to fix some things.. all in all i got a little work out in plus only had turkey sand and juice today

Chest, tris and abs today with 30 on the bike. I seem to average around 9 miles for 30 minutes medium resistance.
