Glen, is their a website with more information on this mini triathlon? Not that I will be in any kind of shape to do something like this......but, maybe down the road.....
I'm getting ready to cheat on my weight loss - I don't want to blab out the details just yet, but I will be on a very restricted diet for about months (800 - 1200 calories per day) - I'm not doing this on my own, it will be monitored by a Dr. and a nutritionist.
