This thread is full of good recs but that's my recommendation.  You can absolutely get more passionate about the rifles and spend as much as you want either building or buying but I would absolutely recommend buying a good deal rifle you like the looks of, shooting as much as you want, and then deciding - do you want to change up/add on to what you have or buy a new $2k factory rifle or build a $1-2k rifle with all the best pieces.  There are so many options for the rifles you ca find what you like over time while shooting what you have.  Given the upcoming election climate in betting at worst you can buy now and sell for 5-10% min. more later.

That's why my wife calls them "Barbies for Men".

Aero precision upper and lower
Blue mountain 16" fluted barrel
15" aero precision handguard
Magpul buttstock
Magpul grip
Magpul flip up sights

Shoots smooth, no recoil and 100yds with open sights I am grouping around 6". Optics come next and the grouping should tighten up over time. But I am happy with that!

Thanks.  I put together a build, i think i have all the parts needed.  but not sure...  and aprox. cost.   943 which is over my budget of 600(i can go 650 if needed).
So not sure where i can skip or shave some costs...  I listed the parts i think are needed to pass along to someone that could assemble.
if im missing any please let me know, if you see a place where i can shave some costs without hurting quality to much please make a suggestion.

The area's i DONT want to change are.  the Rail/grip/stock/upper & lower    if possible.

I included the link to the site where i got this, their prices may be way off. but it was an easy sight to operate and get around.

Parts and pricing are off. You want me to price out your stuff?

Why are you choosing a Nickle Boron BCG?

Yes please price.  ..   on the nickle.  Boron, .. not sure, seemed like something i needed?  I will trust your judgement.

I sent my contact the info. Nickle boron is just an added cost. If you keep your gun clean no reason to spend the extra money. I don't run them on any of mine. They usually run $50 to $100 more than a regular BCG

Bobby has a good guy he uses. Same guy built my AR for a good price. I say do it right the first time and build what you want to build. You can always re sale a built gun easier than a stocker and make some money.

I had a budget and went over it but not as much as I thought. It was worth it. I got a gun that I wanted in all aspects.
